What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship with major shipping companies. If you are unavailable at home, the shipping company will deliver the package to the nearest access point. Kindly adhere to the instructions provided in the email from the shipping company.

Yes, we do ship world-wide.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Europe (in stock) 1-3 working-days – (back-order) 7-14 days
Other Counties (in stock) 4-5 working-days (back-order) 7-14 days
We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as customs delays, and cannot assume responsibility for them.
We opt to postpone shipping, enabling us to employ a stress-free, print-on-demand process. Utilising exclusively certified FSC® paper sourced from sustainable forests, our posters are 100% disposable.

Shipping outside EU, including UK
If you are not a EU customer, all prices on the webstore are excluded Danish VAT of 25%. So the price you pay is the one shown.
You may pay local custom VAT in your country upon arrival at your door through the shipping company.
We have no influence over local regulations and charges, and they cannot serve as grounds for refusing or returning the package. If the parcel is not collected or declined due to these fees, it will be disposed of at the location, and a refund will not be feasible.

How Do I Track My Order?
The shipping company will send an email with a tracking number, you can sign up for notifications.
You can write us in case you cannot find the email.
Returns
Our posters are high quality and remain delicate. We do Quality Control before shipping. (We do take pictures of the poster just before shipping as proof for quality). We also strongly discourage buying several works and sending half back!
Return shipping is always at own expense (We do not offer return labels).
Damages upon receipt
If your parcel shows any signs of damage upon receipt, it is essential to make a note of it on the delivery note when signing for the package.
Kindly record all damages, both to the external packaging and the product, and share them with us via email.
Please ensure that images of both the product and its packaging are included, as we cannot process a refund or replacement without this documentation.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you regret your purchase, you have 14 days to claim and ship back a product.
The product must be returned in mint conditions, without scratches, bends or signs of usage.
Returned products must be wrapped accurately and inside the original box.
Shipping expenses are to be paid by the buyer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.
PLEASE NOTE
CUSTOMS If your country is subject to customs, please anticipate the payment of customs fees beforehand so that your parcel is not blocked on arrival. Posters & Portals does not cover the cost of customs fees incurred for return items, so any parcel requiring payment on arrival will be refused and returned to the sender.
PARCEL TRACKING Make sure to use a tracking service when choosing a carrier. The return parcel is your responsibility so any parcel lost during the return will not be refunded.
MISSING PARCEL
Usually it doesn’t happen that the courier leaves the tube in front of the door without a signature. In case this happens and the tube disappear it is not Posters & Portals responsibility to re-ship the poster to your address. Our liability ends when we handle the poster to the courier.
